We encourage you to contact us with any feedback you have to offer. We are constantly looking to improve our standards and product offerings, and welcome any comments that may assist in that process.
We are aware that on occasion we, or our products, may not live up to your expectations. We do encourage you to reach out to us via email or facebook/instagram message so that we can address your concerns to the best of our ability.
We take complaints very seriously and will work with you to find the best possible resolution, in a timely manner. We will aim to reply to any message within 2 days, with a route to resolution to be offered within 7 days. However due to our small team (it is just the two of us), and our schedule of events we do please ask you to bear with us at times while we arrange things.
