Shipping

We offer a few shipping and collection options, and thought we ought to detail them, along with the costs for you.
All products are sent via Royal Mail Recorded service, for both our security and your piece of mind. We offer both tracked and signed for options to allow you to select the most appropriate option.

The shipping calculator will select the correct weight and size postage for you at the point of checkout – most single products will ship as a Large Letter. Those with original boxes, or bulkier items will require the larger ‘Small Parcel’ option.

If you are able to visit us at a market we do also offer Free Collection. Please let us know which market you are planning on visiting via the ‘Order Notes’ section on the Checkout page, or drop us an email after completing payment.

If you are lucky enough to live locally to us here in Warton (B79 0HN) then we can also offer Free Local Delivery.
Postcode areas covered are: B79, B78, B77, CV9, & DE12.

Please do bear in mind we will be shipping with the standard UK Customs declaration forms, and so you may be liable for any import duties and taxes incurred when your order reaches your home country.

Returns

We like to keep our returns policy simple for you, and in easy to understand language.

1 – If you order from us and need / want to cancel before we post it just let us know via email ASAP and we will sort out a refund straight away. Please bear in mind we rely on our payment provider and your bank to process this and it can take up to 10 working days after we start the process.

2 – Once you receive your item you can choose to return it to us for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Unless the item is damaged in transit, or defective in some other way, then you will need to cover the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a delivery method that requires a signature on delivery and provides insurance for the full value of the item.
You need to let us know via email that you want to return the item before sending it back.

3 – If there is a defect with your item then please let us know ASAP after receipt. We will always attempt to fix any defects where possible, and will arrange/cover the cost of return postage to us if required. If a repair is not possible then of course we will provide a full refund. This guarantee lasts for 6 months from the date of purchase – and the defective item must have reached us before the 6 month period expires.
At our discretion we may conduct repair work on any defects found after the 6 month period expires.
