On Saturday 2nd July we headed south to Worcestershire for the 75th Hanbury Countryside Show. Our day started lovely; warm and sunny while we set up the stall, however the forecast dark clouds and showers arrived soon after.
Thankfully this typical English summer weather did not stop you all turning up in the thousands to enjoy a wonderful day out in the English countryside. You certainly kept us busy on the stall! This meant that we didn’t get much opportunity to look around the Hanbury Countryside Show, or to take photos. What we did see was fantastic, and we cannot wait to return in 2023.
Kyle did eventually manage to watch part of the hilarious Ferret Show. And Clara and Penny attempted to join in the Terrier racing in the main arena to end the day. Sadly Penny was too big to fit into the racing traps. She had to watch from the side with three lurchers (also too big).
As usual we would like to end by saying thank you to the organisational team. And well done to the volunteers who put on a great day at the Hanbury Countryside Show 2022. We look forward to returning in 2023.
