Good Morning Everyone!
After a manic April, it’s time to reveal our full events poster for May 2023.
Starting off the month with the Coronation of HM King Charles III on Saturday 6th of May, you won’t find us trading. Sorry. But we are joining in with some local celebrations on Sunday 7th May at Kingsbury Water Park for the Big Lunch. Then on the bank holiday Monday 8th we are heading down to Knowle for their Coronation Celebrations.
The following Saturday finds us returning to Newark Showground for our second outing at the Nottinghamshire County Show. We will be back in the exact same spot as last year, just off the corner of the main ring. Then on Sunday 14th we are returning to Coombe Abbey for their monthly Artisan Market.
On Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st we are heading across the border for our first event in Wales, the Smallholding & Countryside Festival at the Royal Welsh Showground. We are looking after the spot for Clara’s mum who attended in 2022, as she is unable to make it this year. We do apologise in advance our attempts at Welsh are truly awful, we can’t even get “Dw i ddim yn siarad Cymraeg” right!
Heading into the late may bank holiday you can find us at our second music festival of 2023 – the incredible Bearded Theory at Catton Hall. The only disappointing thing will be missing out on some of our favourite bands while we man the stall.
Finally we end out the month (and start June) with a return to the Staffordshire County Show.
