This is a unique example of a 1950’s Royal Air Force (RAF) Sweetheart Brooch.
It is made from white marbled lucite with the white metal & enamel badge affixed to the front.
The badge features the ‘Queen’s Crown’ motif – dating this to post 1953.
The brooch measures just over 3cm in diameter.
