This is a unique example of a 1950’s Royal Signals Sweetheart Brooch.
It is made from white marbled lucite with a silver plated & enamel badge affixed to the front.
The badge features the ‘Queen’s Crown’ motif – dating this to post 1953.
There is some damage to the plating as can be seen in the photographs.
The brooch measures just over 3cm in diameter.
