Bezalel Silver Brooch

This is a great silver Arts & Crafts brooch in the Arabesque style produced at the Bezalel School of Arts and Crafts in Jerusalem during the early period of the school. As such the brooch dates from between 1906 and 1929.
It is marked with “Made in Palestine” twice to the rear, and is signed by the famous Arts & Crafts School ‘בצלאל’
It tests as silver, and based on similar items from Bezalel at this time it is likely 950 silver.
The brooch measures 5.3cm in diameter and weighs 21.75g.
