This is a lovely example of a WW2 period Cheshire Regiment sweetheart brooch in near perfect condition.

In the Second World War the regiment served across many campaigns, starting as part of the British Expeditionary Force in France in 1940 before moving to North Africa, Italy and taking part in both D-Day and the Rhine Crossing operations.
