Frampton Country Fair

Held in 30 acres of beautiful parkland of Frampton Court Estate, this is one of the last truly traditional country fairs. Join us in celebrating all that is great about the countryside and the people who work and live in it.

Be sure to see the fabulous array of incredible spectacles and entertainers lined up for you in the Main Ring. With something for everyone, providing a focal point throughout the whole day, you’ll find it a challenge to fit everything in!

At the heart of Frampton Country Fair you will find The Living Working Countryside. Amongst the displays and demonstrations of traditional country crafts and skills you’ll also be able to meet the people who promote them and keep them alive. Many of the craftspeople here use these skills in their everyday lives. You can see on display skills such as Charcoal making using the traditional method as well as Basket Making, Spinning and Wheelwrighting and so much more. The Living Working Countryside has a wonderful array of activities for you to see throughout the day so make sure that you set time aside to visit this area of the Fair.

The now firmly established and popular Countryside Ring gives you the chance to get up close and personal with a variety of popular country pursuits. It is a smaller, more intimate ring, where you can sit down and enjoy the expertise in the wonderful displays.

From Fly Casting Competitions through to the hugely entertaining Water Retrieval, make sure you set some time to see the action on the Lake Ring.

The Cotswold Cart House Society has been attending Frampton Country Fair for many years. Do come and see these magnificent horses in all their finery. Show winners will parade in the Main Ring later.

Frampton Country Fair continues to offer a terrific range of Shooting events for everyone to enjoy, including Clay Shooting, Coaching and Archery. Come and have a go!

From Shows to Scurries, Retrievals to Racing, there is something for all types of canines. These can be very entertaining both to watch or take part in.

There are a number of fabulous Entertainers scattered around the Showground for both Adults and Children alike. Ranging from the traditional Punch & Judy for the children to The Panache Steel Band.
