WW1 Loyal North Lancashire Sweetheart Brooch

A fantastic example of a WW1 Loyal North Lancashire Sweetheart Brooch, made from mother of pearl with a gilt and enamel badge mounted to the fore.
The brooch is in great condition, with intact enamel. The original double coiled joint pin fitting is still intact a largely rust free, and unusually has been mounted vertically.
The brooch measures 2.7cm in diameter.
