Today’s #FeaturedFriday piece is a stunning Georgian buckle.
This little circular buckle dates from the early 1800’s. It would have been used as a decoration on a ladies ribbon, such as on a dress or hat. Every one of the Paste stones is original to the buckle, clear and has been individually fitted using a claw setting into the brass mount.
