Hi Everyone!
Sorry we haven’t done one of these posts so far in 2024. The Great British Weather has put too many of our events in jeopardy; with lots of last minute changes recently.
Looking ahead to May we have some really exciting events scheduled; from old favourites to new ventures.
Starting off the month we are spending the May Day bank holiday weekend in the wonderful city of Ely. Joining in for with the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of city status at both the annual Eel Day Festival, and the Food, Drink & Craft Festival.
On Saturday 11th May we are heading back to the Nottinghamshire County Show for the third year in a row, back on our usual spot just off the main arena. And on Sunday 12th we will be returning to the Coombe Abbey Artisan Market for our first visit of 2024.
We follow this up on Saturday 18th with our first ever trip to Cheltenham Pride, taking over from Clara’s mum Norma. Then on Sunday 19th we are heading to a new market for us at The Garage Chilwell in Beeston (Nottingham).
For the late may bank holiday you can find us taking up residence at the Gloucester Tall Ships Festival – our first time here and the first visit by Glitzy Vintage Jewellery to Gloucester since 2019.
We end the month returning to the Staffordshire County Show, look for us in the same spot as last year, sandwiched between the Members Lawn and Bingley Hall.
