1940’s Siam Silver Brooch

Here we have a lovely, wearable Sterling Silver Nielloware brooch from modern day Thailand.
This example dates from the 1940’s, and is marked ‘Siam Sterling’ to the rear.

It features the most common form depicting Mekkala, Goddess Of Lightning.

The brooch measures 4.5cm tall by 3.5cm wide.
